I came in an emergency, I had an engine light on. I arrive and Robert let me know I was missing my fuel cap. Felicia and Linda the entire time quickly found solution , ordered the part calmed my worries. And when I forgot to leave my key came to Taron my job to pick it up and let me know all was ready in less than 1hr. They saved my life, were so sweet and kind, honest and a great team. I would come back every time and appreciate honest kind hard working trustworthy people to hand my baby over to. Thanks guys!!

On our receipt paper it said complete lies never did they check the air filter, or added window washer fluid, wiper blades, didn’t reset the maintenance light. The service was terrible the big girl was on the phone with somebody the whole time, her attitude was rude she walked and acted as if I’m asking for a favor, IM PAYING! Please if you want a 10/10 experience while paying cheaper go to take 5 near McFarland road the sweetest people and make sure you know what you are low on or need to change and add air to your tires 100% will never cheat on them again. Oh and the lady’s name was Linda Duncan so so so terrible. Tried out jiffy lube for the 1st time and will never be back.

I would go here any day. Initially I was a little concerned because I had never seen 2 ladies getting ready to change my oil. I was so wrong!! Not to mention I had my little guy with me, and they were so kind to him too. They were aware of pricing and not trying to offer unnecessary junk on my services. Great job ladies. I’ll be back.

They double check everything on the oil change including dipstick test verified by two different employees!! And they fill oil via plastic jugs vs just a hose so you can see how much they are putting in. Excellent quality control processes! Will go back.

Update: Company made it right: Absolutely never go here, I got a coupon to get 30$ off a oil change at jiffy lube i figured it can be that bad, so i bring my audi in for a oil change and they do it and i leave, the next day im stoped at a light smoking out the hood i pull off to see oil all throughout my engine bad burning off everywhere, i limped the car home and then had a mechanic come out to look at it. Oil filter was re installed wrong causing a big oil leak from the filter, now i just payed 100$ for a oil change that i just lost almost all of the oil in my engine bay, and another 400$ for someone to come out and look at it diag it for a hour and a half to figure out jiffy lube created this problem, this could completely mess your car up please be warned as i am now going to be close to 800$ in on a 100$ oil change done poorly. Will be going to cooperate
